Privacy

You can read the site without an account. If you submit a support report, the report text, diagnostics, contact details you provide, and optional attachments are processed for troubleshooting. Review the report and attachments before submitting them.

Support reports

The report upload page accepts a support code generated by ChannelWatch, plus optional screenshots or a debug bundle. The report includes your problem description and diagnostics. It can also include your GitHub or GetChannels username and an optional private email address.

Submitted reports can create a public issue in theChannelWatch repository. The reporting service excludes your email and attachment filenames from the public issue. Private contact details and attachments are sent to the maintainer through Resend for follow-up. Screenshots can contain personal details that automatic sanitization cannot remove, so check them before uploading.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes requests to deliver pages and protect the report service. The report page loads Cloudflare Turnstile when verification is configured. Support submissions also use rate limits and short-lived verification challenges to protect the service from abuse.

Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled for the Pages project, uses a cookieless beacon to measure visits. See Cloudflare's privacy policyfor how Cloudflare processes requests and verification data.

Website analytics

This website also uses HolyDash, our analytics service, through a script added by the deployed edge service. It records page paths, visible section identifiers, visit timing and activity, browser, operating system, device category, IP address, and approximate city and country supplied by Cloudflare. Browser local storage holds a random visitor identifier; session storage holds the current visit token. This is separate from the self-hosted ChannelWatch app.

The current website integration collects analytics only and does not record session replay. It skips collection when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The collector is configured to remove visit and event records older than 30 days through its scheduled cleanup. Clearing this site's browser storage removes the local identifiers; it does not itself delete records already stored by the collector.

Fonts and browser preferences

Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono are served from this domain for page text, code and technical labels. Serif headings use Georgia or a system fallback. Documentation pages can save your display preference in your browser.
